Process and fermentation:
Late harvesting of the grapes (end of October) and fermentation done in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature with very extensive maceration time and frequent racking.

Aging:
After fermentation, additional four months in the bottle.

Colour: Ruby red with hints of violet colors

Bouquet: Primary grape flavours very intense which evolve with aging

Taste: Full, decisive, great wine personality

Alcohol content: 13% by Vol.

Food Pairing: Red meats and fowl.
