This wine is made with 100% Sangiovese grown on the hillside of Capalbio (Maremma - Tuscany)

Grape blend: Sangiovese 100%

Process and fermentation:
Grapes are early harvested. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (30° C) with long maceration time and frequent racking.

Colour: Ruby red with hints of violet colors

Bouquet: Intense with ripe wild berries’ aromas

Taste: Decisive, typical bitterness and tannic taste with hints of raspberries

Alcohol content: 13% by Vol.

Food Pairing: Meat and fowl, cheeses of medium ripeness. Pasta dishes with either white and red gravy.
