Process and fermentation: grapes are early harvested. Fermentation is done in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (30° C) with long maceration time and frequent racking.
Aging: 6 months in new French oak barrels (250 liters) of medium toasting.
Colour: Ruby red with hints of violet colors
Bouquet: Intense with aromas of ripe wild berries.
Taste: Elegant and soft with hints of raspberries
Food Pairing: Strong meat and fowl. Cheeses of medium ripeness. Pasta dishes with red gravy.
