Grappa of Ansonica

Grappa: Produced from 100% Ansonica grape skins.

Process:
Grape skins are delivered to distilling company within 48 hours from grape pressing. Distillation is accomplished by traditional discontinuous column apparatus (very low in copper) and steam.

Aging:
The blend in obtained after malolactic fermentation of three wine components and aged in barrels for 12 months. French and American oak barriques of medium toasting are used for the ageing.

Colour: limpid, crystal clear

Bouquet: Full, typical of Ansonica grapes

Taste: Soft, armonius but decisive

Alcohol content: 42% by Vol.

Bottle: 50 cl
