This wine is made with grapes “Ansonica” an autoctonous root-stock which grows in the South-West part of Tuscany (Maremma - Capalbio)

Grape blend: Ansonica 100%

Process and fermentation:
grapes are early harvested, fermentation is done in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (11 to 15° C).

Colour: Pale yellow - clear

Bouquet: Fresh, intense, flowery

Taste: Full body with hints of flowers and taste of ripe fruits

Alcohol content: 13% by Vol.

Food Pairing: Appetizers, fish and pasta dishes


Bottle: 75 cl, Magnum 1,5 lt, Magnum Double 3,0 lt
